Intermediate First Aid & CPR
Why this course
Regulation 1101 sets the level by how many workers are on a shift. More than five means Intermediate First Aid, shown here. Five or fewer means Basic First Aid, a shorter course. If your employer named a level, book that one.

You choose your CPR level at checkout. CPR is part of the course, so there is no separate CPR course to add.
BLS is chosen at checkout too, with no separate BLS course to buy. It renews every year, not every three. Which CPR level do I need?
The online part is required. Your access is emailed the moment you book, and it has to be finished before your in-class day; you can’t complete it on the day.

How our courses work
Every course is part online, part in person. The online theory is done at home at your own pace; the hands-on skills are done with an instructor at our centre.

Book your in-class date
Pick the date that works, choose your CPR level, and pay online. Your spot is held straight away.

Do the online theory at home
Videos and short lessons at your own pace. It must be finished before your in-class day, and that part isn’t optional.

Come in for the hands-on day
Practise CPR, AED and first aid skills with an instructor. You leave certified: 3 years for first aid, 1 year for a CPR-only certificate.
