Our most comprehensive course, Intermediate (Standard) First Aid & CPR is designed for individuals who require training for workplace, school programs, or volunteer placements. This course covers a wide range of emergencies including cardiac arrest, choking, bleeding, injuries, burns, and sudden illnesses. It includes 12–14 hours of training split between online self-paced learning and an in-person practical session.

You’ll also receive CPR training at the level required for your profession or setting:

Level A – adult-only CPR
Level C – adult, child & infant CPR
BLS – for healthcare professionals or students in a healthcare program

This is the most popular course for those who need certification for employment, nursing/healthcare programs, or general preparedness.

This certification is WSIB-recognized and CSA Z1210:24 compliant, meeting Ontario's workplace first aid training requirements under Regulation 1101.

HOW TO GET STARTED:

Step 1: Register Online
Select your CPR Level & Quantity then click REGISTER to sign up for your course. You’ll begin with the online portion, which must be completed before attending your in-person training.

Step 2: Book Your In-Class Session
After registering, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to know — including a link to schedule your in-class training and full course details. Upcoming dates are listed below.

Step 3: Get Certified
Once you’ve successfully completed both the online and in-class components, your official certificate will be emailed to you.

It’s for people who don’t want to take 2 days off in a row. For people who go to work, go to school, or take care of their children or family members. This course is for those people who learn well through reading & watching video, and prefer to use in-class time for skills development instead of theory.

Get certified in any CPR Level, including CPR BLS (formerly HCP), or CPR C, or CPR A. Your certification will be for Intermediate (Standard) First Aid, which is a higher level than Basic (Emergency) First Aid.
