Half online and half in-class blended Intermediate First Aid (Standard First Aid) & CPR Recertification course. If you hold a valid Intermediate First Aid (Standard First Aid) and CPR certification from an Ontario-based, WSIB-approved certifying body (Assured Response First Aid & CPR Training, Red Cross, St. John Ambulance, etc.), you can enroll in this program.

Total course time: 8 hours (4 hours online and 4 hours in class).

First complete the online modules, then register for and complete the in class and instructor led component. Refresh your mind on the theory, learn any new changes to guidelines, and then participate in the practical hands-on skills session to fine-tune your lifesaving abilities.

CPR LEVEL:

What CPR Level do I need?

CPR Level BLS (formerly HCP) trains you for Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, choking, AED use, 2 person CPR, & the use of Bag-Valve-Mask ventilators and ventilating patients with controlled airways.

CPR Level C trains you for Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, choking, AED use, & 2 person CPR.

CPR Level A trains you for Adults ONLY CPR, choking, & AED use.

Standard First Aid covers all topics required by WSIB regulation 1101.
